that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.

Well I haven't done a rambling post in a while. We started school already here. Trying to get done before the move and with the baby coming it's always good to get a head start on things. We actually started school during the summer.
I had quite a bit of all day morning sickness. Praise the Lord for a wonderful husband! He would come home from work and cook dinner and take care of the kids when I was feeling bad. I am happy to say that I am feeling better and can now cook more meals! ;)
School is starting to get into a rhythm I think. We joined a homeschool co-op, so now once a week we go and do extra curricular activities with a bunch of homeschool families. The kids enjoy it, and so do I. All the mothers help out either in teaching a class or helping in some way.
We are starting to get out our baby things and see what we have/what we need. We have officially hit 20 weeks! Yeah! Can't wait for the baby to get here. We find out this week if it is a boy or a girl!!! Can't wait.
This summer was a hot one. We didn't go outside much during the was that hot, but we would go out in the evenings. It was so hot, that going to the beach was almost too hot. But we have been having lots of Bbq's, and I love it. I love eating outside and having all the summertime foods. Yummy!
Can't wait for the fall now. Even tho our leaves don't fall off the trees, I love the fall feeling. Getting pumpkins. Decorating for the fall. The smell of baking pumpkin, and all the other baking goodies. Delicious.
I am getting excited just talking about it!

  1. We're feeling the first hints of fall, and I welcome it! I love fall! Hope school goes well for you this year. :)

  2. Wow, what an exciting time, to be expecting a baby! I am loving that things are turning to fall. I found a pumpkin spice latte recipe that I can't wait to try, it uses pumpkin puree that I bought ... now I just have to make it! happy fall :)
