Giraffes

One of our children's friends had their birthday party at the zoo. We got to enjoy feeding the giraffes and elephants. We even got to touch the giraffes. The big giraffes did not like to be touched, but the baby giraffe let us touch him. The giraffes tongues were amazing! They could stick their tongue out and wrap it around a leaf and pull it off of whatever was holding it. It was amazing!

Their tongues were longer than this. They loved the leaves!


This guy didn't like this particular leaf. He liked the green leaf better.
